·         All room prices are inclusive of breakfast, entrance fees and conservation fees except Mujib reserve.

·         Hiking trails/tours availability is according to guide availability and weather conditions. booking in advance is required.

·         Every guest must have his/her valid passport or ID card.

·         Jordanians and Arabs are required to have a copy of the marriage certificate or family book on check in date for co-ed bookings.

·         These facilities are pets and smoke free.

·         It is strictly prohibited to ignite fires within the reserve.

·         The use of hookahs is not permitted inside the reserves.

·         We discourage drinking alcohol in the reserve for cultural.
