Privacy policy : This privacy policy has been created to demonstrate RSCN commitment to privacy and protection of information of our subscribers.
Why did you receive an email from us?
If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for receiving information in the future, or (b) you have registered or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

RSCN uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
Sharing and Usage
We will never share your e-mail or personal information with anyone without your advance permission. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.
How can you stop receiving email from us?
Each email you receive from us contains option that allows you easily remove your e-mail from RSCN mailing list - Instant removal with SafeUnsubscribe. . If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.

If you have received unwanted email sent via our system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to member@rscn.org.jo for review.
Returns/Exchanges
The Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it, for a refund, an exchange or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.
Simply call us within 7 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which is valid for 14 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return Number, RSCN will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by RSCN; all shipping charges and credit card fees are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured/registered mail for protection against loss or damage.
If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a RA#, and/or RSCN suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item’s purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section.
In cases were package appears to be damaged, torn and or seems to have been tampered with, the customer should immediately file a complaint with the shipping company responsible. RSCN will not accept to return a damaged item unless it is accompanied by a proper complaint. Thereafter, the same procedure for return of items apply.

Cancellations
The Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP (within 3 business days of placing your order) at 962 6 4633718 or send us an email at sales@rscn.org.jo and we will do our best to cancel your order. Security and Privacy Policy
We understand your concerns regarding privacy and designed this policy as part of our strong commitment to you. Cookies are used on the site to help customers access and track items in their shopping cart. A cookie is sent to the individual to identify them when they return to the site for the purpose of viewing items left in their shopping cart.
When registering as a member, donor or a friend of The Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature or if you are simply buying online, we may ask you to provide certain details about yourself. We do this in order to offer you a full range of information, products and services. To register as member, donor or friend of RSCN, we will ask you to provide your name, email address and mailing address. All newsletters and promotional emails have an "opt-out" feature. When you order products, we will also need your billing and shipping information. This information should be as accurate as possible because we will use it for all contact, billing and shipping purposes.
Because members & donors’ privacy are top priority at RSCN, we use the most secure transaction software available. All credit card orders on www.rscn.org.jo are processed on a secure server. Any credit card or other personal information you provide RSCN with is protected by encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). Only RSCN can decrypt this secure information. If you have previously submitted Personal Data through the Site and would like that information deleted from our records and database, please contact us at our email address: member@rscn.org.jo. We will use every reasonable effort to delete this information from our existing files and confirm with you the deletion of your Personal Data.

Placing Orders:
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on www.rscn.org.jo Our On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.
Telephone orders can be placed during normal business hours, weekdays 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, weekends 10:00 am – 10:00 pm (The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan time) by calling 9626 4633718.
Fax orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply fax us your order on 9626 4616523 and we will process your order immediately.
We accept credit card payments from Visa and Master Card.
Terms and Conditions
When you complete RSCN’s registration process as member, donor or Friend, you agree to all of the terms herein. RSCN may update these terms and will notify you via our monthly newsletter or a prominent posting on RSCN news flash. Your continued use of RSCN’s services after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes. Users who do not subscribe to our newsletter are encouraged to check our news box periodically for any changes.
With regard to RSCN’s items for sale, our manufacturers' rates and offerings may change from time to time. As a result, prices and availability of items in our collection, including those saved in your My Favorites folder, are subject to change until orders are placed. When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, RSCN will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our postal service or the International shipping companies. RSCN reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to manufacturer delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, RSCN will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
While the RSCN team works diligently to review the safety of all products, RSCN cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site. In addition, RSCN is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of products sold on the site.
Shipping Methods and Charges
RSCN offers registered standard shipping via the Jordanian postal service and the charges are based on Jordanian Postal Service shipping costs.
RSCN also offers expedited shipping through Fedex, DHL, TNT, and Aramex and in this case companies’ shipping rates apply.
