Enjoy the short woodland trails that wind through the Reserve. They are especially attractive in spring when the wild flowers are in bloom.

Picnicking

Pack a lunch and head for the forest to enjoy a quiet retreat or a day of family fun.  Dibeen Forest is a very popular spot for local people on Fridays and Saturdays between early May and mid September.  Avoid these days if you’re looking to get away from the crowds.  Remember, it’s important to keep the forest clean, so please take along a bag for trash and make sure you dispose of it in the proper location.
