Overview

Get involved with RSCN and help protect Jordan’s precious plants, animals, and wild places. There are so many ways for you to play a part in nature conservation; all it takes is a little action on your part.

Learn more ways to make your household environmentally-friendly by reducing waste, saving resources, and preventing pollution. Not only will such actions help reduce pressure on the environment, but it will also save you money.

Get your children involved. Help educate them on the importance of nature conservation, and show them that everyone can make a difference.

Find out about ongoing conservation programs in your area or come together with your local community members to start programs that keep your neighborhood clean, healthy, and child-friendly.

Get your representatives onboard; request that they provide more environmentally-conscious options on a local and national level. Show them that you consider the environment as a priority in all their decisions; after all, their choices are based on your major concerns and the pressures that you place on them.

There are several ways that RSCN can help you directly contribute to nature conservation efforts in Jordan:

	RSCN is a non-profit organization that relies on funding to operate many of its projects. Volunteer

	The conservation of Jordan’s nature is a big task and we can always use more help. If you would like to be of assistance and volunteer your services, please email your resume to member@rscn.org.jo, noting what capacity you would like to volunteer in and for how long. Volunteer opportunities vary in availability depending on the presence of ongoing projects or campaigns.

	Take action for nature protection by stressing the importance of the environment.
